I'll second (or third or fourth) what's been said: the earlier the better. As has been mentioned previously, the sooner we know who we have, the sooner we can start crafting their package, which may take some time.

Okay...I've signed up and already have a nice stash of items to send someone.
My wants are to be surprised...best way to do that is with something that I don't or wouldn't normally throw.

I enjoyed doing this last Christmas and I'm looking forward to this Christmas.

yeah, that's a lot of e-mail you're gonna be sending.
No one said being Santa was easy, just be glad you don't have to cleanup after a bunch of reindeer.

Secret santa, I'm not picky. I just don't throw discs with bigger than 1.9cm rims, so in Innova terms speed 9is as fast as I go. Shirt size is a XL and hat size is a M/L.
