Now for the most skipped-over post on this thread: For Rounds 1&2, if par had been set by taking the lowest score that at least 4/9ths of the players got (using the 163 scores shown in the Discover/Course Avg page) par would have been set at 55 for West, 57 for East, which would be exactly the right par to maximize the information value of par to those players in contention (playing 1000-rated or better).
Par should be one lower for Holes 01W, 02W, 04W, 07W, 13W, 16W, 04E, 07E, 09E, and 10E.
