7 Mold/25 Disc Limit

1. Daredevil Woodchuck (Elastic Performance, 1x)
2. Reptilian Scale (Fossil Fuel, 1x)
3. Discraft Zone (Z-flx 1x, Jawbreaker 1x)
4. Discraft Buzzz (Z-flx 1x, Elite-X 1x)
5. Daredevil Timberwolf (Flex Performance 2x just in case I lost one)
6. MVP Tesla (Neutron 1x)
7. Daredevil Mammoth (Flex Performance 2x, one more beat than the other).

Gosh, I only play with 3/7 of those molds today... Barely a year later.

Today my 7/25 bag would be:
1. Ringer GT (1 jawbreaker, 1 soft-x, 1 z-flx)
2. Ogopogo (1x)
3. Buzzz (1x jawbreaker, 1x pro-d, 1x elite-x, 1x elite-z, 2x zflx)
4. Relay (2x new neutron, 2x beat neutron)
5. Motion (2x neutron 150g)
6. Tesla (2x neutron 150g, 1x 170g neutron)
7. Merlin (3x in varying wear stages)

This is pretty much how my bag is already setup, but 20 discs is usually the most I'll carry.

1. DGA Steady x3 (ProSeries, 2 for putting and 1 thrower)
2. Z Zone
3. Comet x2 (1 X and 1 Z)
4. Quake x3 (1 Proline, 1 SP and 1 Granite)
5. Pipeline x2 (I rotate in a variety of Proline, SP and Tour Series)
6. Raptor x2 (1 ESP and 1 Cryztal)
7. Hurricane x3 (2 Proline, 1 SP)

7 molds, 16 total discs.

My bag is already set up with 7 molds (possibly 8-10 depending on things);

1. Hard Exo Links (2 Putters)
2. Razor Claws x 2 (1 Beat-in, 1 New for upshots/off the tee)
3. MD3s x 2 (Regular C-Line, 1 Iron Samurai)
4. MD4s x 3 (3 First Runs of different wears)
5. C-Line FD2s x 2-3
6. Instinct x 2 (Hyzer-Flip fairway driver)
7. CloudBreakers x 4 (From lightweight bomber to overstable for headwinds)

1. Roach (Pro-D and Big Z, driving and putting)
2. Zone (ESP and Z, OS approach)
3. Buzzz (whatever plastic, y'all now how versatile this is)
4. Essence (Neo, could probably beat an Undertaker to this spot but I love this disc out of the box, hyzerflips/turnovers)
5. Undertaker (Z and ESP, straight and slight hyzerflips)
6. Felon (Lucid, FH/hyzers/flex shots/skips...)
7. Wraith (Champ/Star/Pro, could range from quite OS to very flippy)

It is interesting to see how the bag changes.

I still have some of the molds from a couple of years ago when I last did this exercise.

Discraft Buzz x2
2 ESP shorter drives & wooded fairways

Discraft Sting x2
2 Z Drives anhyzer/downwind 1 is almost all turn, the other is fresher with a good fade left.

Millennium Orion LS x2 both 1.2
Sirius 150class left to right moving drives, 1 more stable, the other U.S.

Millennium Orion LF x4 all 150 class

1) 2 Prowlers in protege for putting

2) Envy one seasoned electron firm and one eclipse

3) Zone just need one in Z line and I'm good to go

4) Cobra one beat DX, one King Cobra, one VCobra. I'm counting them as the same mold call the cops idgaf

5) Eagle one beat DX, one seasoned DX, one Champion, one INNfuse Star

6) OLF might as well have one in each plastic

7) Astra one millennium for max d and one sparkle quantum for windy days. I'd like to try out some trespasses but don't think I have the arm speed

Westside Maiden
2 Origio - putting
1 BT Hard - drives

Westside Harp
1 Origio - sits where I want it
1 VIP - reliable skips

Innova Roc (OS to US) the only mid I throw <3
1 DX - beat up
2 KC Pro - one new max weight, one seasoned

Infinite Exodus (I started too late to get my hands on an Eagle-L)
1 I-Blend - flies like butter for me, even as a beginner I can get some light shot shaping out of it

Innova Teebird
1 Champ - reliable OS driver

Innova Firebird
1 Star
1 Champ - so OS I rarely use it

Innova Valkyrie
1 DX - beat to death, basically only good for rollers
1 Star - Lightly seasoned
1 Halo - Heavier than star, really only used when windy, but it's nice to look at

So 7 molds, 15 discs, and for a beginner transitioning to intermediate, I feel like there's still too much in here for me to fully utilize everything, I just like buying new plastic :)

Have I played this game? Haha

Spin
Envy x 4 (167 and 174 e soft, plasma 167, 174 neutron)
Comet x 3 (21 MJ, elite X, and a 176 esp)

Relay x 2 (155 N and 165 cosmic)
Insanity x 2 (159 cosmic SE, 155 plasma)
Tesla x 4 fission (145, 155, 162) and a neutron 157
Wave x 3 (155 fizz, 155 n, 162 plasma)

Though really I could stuff a bag with tesla's, envy's and comets..

Envy x2: (Why are they so good? - Max wt. Proton for driving, electron Soft for putting)
Zone x2: (max wt, 1 Z-line, 1 Jawbreaker)
Z Comet x2: (Max wt. Z for versatile shots, ~175 Z for touchy short shots)
ESP Buzzz x3: (1 Beat to hell max wt., 1 new max wt., 1 low 170s)
Thunderbird x3: (1 beat low 160s Star, 1 high 160s Star, 1 high 160s Champ)
Wraith x3: (high 160s, 1 GStar, 1 Star, 1 Champ)
Pharaoh x3: (high 160s, 1 flippy I-blend, 1 neutral I-blend, 1 overstable-ish C-blend)

That covers most of what I'm able to throw, might fill in a few backups where needed.

Mine gets pretty easy since a lot of models share the same mold

Mold 1: Bighorn / Woodchuck Mold: 2 Bighorns, 1 Woodchuck
Mold 2: Ogopogo Mold: 2 Ogopogos (a floppy one and a newer stiffer one that I give away when it gets too floppy)
Mold 3: Caribou / Pteranodon Mold: 3 Caribous, 2 Pteranodons
Mold 4: Grizzly/Moose Mold: 2 Grizzlys, 1 Moose
Mold 5: Timberwolf/Wolverine Mold: 3 Timberwolves, 1 Wolverine
Mold 6: Mammoth Mold: 2 Mammoths
Mold 7: Merlin Mold: 2 Merlins

That said, Mold #4 for me is likely to switch out once their new prototype gets approved.

Apparently I posted in this thread in 2013 but no longer throw any of those discs. Since I normally carry 10 or 11 discs, it is pretty easy to limit my bag to 7 molds:

Wave x 2: Neutron, 1 fresh 1 beat
TL: Star
Insanity x 2: Plasma, 1 fresh 1 beat (alt: Roadrunner, 1 beat G* 1 fresh Star)
Reactor
Hex
Envy x 2: Electron, 1 fresh 1 beat
Harp: Medium

7 molds, 10 discs, just a couple of changes from my usual bag. :)

So I was here in April, it kinda got me thinking and I did stuff a 10 disc bag with Envy x3, Teslas and Relay both x2 the thing I couldn't live without was the Spin for the tourney. Took an uplink and a comet and hex first day didn't need em. Shot my second best solo round at -16.

So thanks thread!

Could probably drop the hex in favour of a fission 155 octane these days.

Right now I'd go:

Keystone
Envy
Zone
Buzzz
Undertaker
Firebird
Destroyer

Wouldn't need 25 discs at all but I'd like a beat in Envy, Undertaker, Firebird and Destroyer to compliment a fresh one. Other than that it would be mostly backups to fill the bag. If I could fit my Crave I would be completely satisfied.

Probably ought to update this, after 4 years of changes:

4 Destroyers
2 Firebirds
2 Orion LFs
2 Roadrunners
4 Rocs
1 Harp
4 Invaders

Man, it has been a crazy mixed up topsy turvy 4 years. Everywhere but in my bag.

5 Destroyers
2 Firebirds
3 Orion LFs
2 Roadrunners
5 Rocs
2 Harps
3 Wizards

So, exactly what's already in my bag.

3 Wraiths (OS, S, US)
2 Firebirds (Beat and New)
3 Teebirds (OS, S, US)
1 MD3
2 Mako3 (S & US)
3 Aviar P&A (1 DX Driver & 2 R-Pro Putters)

an update from 4 years ago

Wraith x3 (OS, S, US)
Thunderbird x2 (OS, S)
Sidewinder x1
Teebird x3 (OS, S, US)
Toro x1
Reko x2 (S, US)
Berg x3 (2x Putt, 1x Approach)

That's 15 and still probably more than I actually need.
