Anchorage AK area during week of Thanksgiving

Aloha everyone!
I am traveling to Anchorage during the week of November 18-26 and want to play some disc if can. But what I need to know is what courses are still going to be open? If you were only going to play one course there, which one would it be? And any other info you have would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot speak to the weather or availability. But.....while in Anchorage last spring, we rented bike in Anchorage, rode down the Cook inlet on a great bike/walking path and ended at Kincaid park, right by the sign for the course there. The ride was worth the trip. Of course, a couple feet of snow or temps in the teens could dissuade some, lol.
