How many PDGA events have you played?

I've only done 3 PDGA Sanctioned Tournaments. 2 in 2012 and 1 in like 2006. But i've done a lot of un sanctioned. Going to try to hit a bunch next year though, including BG Ams and Worlds.

This made me realize... I played my first PDGA event six years ago. Doesn't seem quite so long as that. Since the first in 2006, I've probably played something like 15 or 20 PDGA sanctioned. More significantly, I've played 14 collegiate events since 2009.

2012 was my rookie year. 14 pdga sanctioned events, and 17 non-sanctioned. I'm kind of addicted.
Should I worry that my wife doesn't mind me being gone that many weekend days?

I've been a volunteer for more than twice as many tournaments as I've played, but I've only ever played in one sanctioned tournament.

So that's 50 in three years = ~ 17 per year.

PDGA electronic records show 135 events with 52 wins since 2002.

Since 1996, I have about 195 PDGA events with around 76 wins and it averages to about 12 events per year.

My events include 1 Am Worlds, 9 Pro Worlds, 8 US Women's Championships, 7 US Masters and 1 USDGC. I have TD'd around 30 PDGA events from C-Tiers to NT's and Majors and have done volunteer work at many, many more.

Not that many PDGA events but then I've only started playing in sanctioned events just over a year. The total is 5 in 2 seasons. Average 2.5 per season.

I've played many many more non-sanctioned events. And played every week in a random draw doubles league.

I was thinking Geoff Bennett had the record for most events at something more than 50. My peak PDGA years on record were 21 events in 2002 and 2003. Years prior to 2002 have not been updated yet on the PDGA database. Might have hit 30-35 events in a year including non-PDGA in my early years between 1990-1996 or so.
