You can go to disc golf scene and see which tees each division played from... From what I see, players rated under 900 throwing rounds well above their averages... Yeah a mistake was probably made. If you check out the course here, only one layout is listed.

This probably happens way more often than anyone could even know.

I figured it was just some sort of clerical error, but seeing the top player in Rec shooting a 1014 rated round still made me giggle
