It does. However, I've been told several times by doctors that they see rotator cuff injuries in baseball players (overhand throws). That's what happened to me a couple of years ago from throwing thumbers (overhand).

Now that I'm healed 95% I only throw thumbers on very rare occasions.

I've been told by several sports physicians about these injuries as well. They also say it's from improper technique.

Its from both, the overhand throw (baseball throw) is the most un-natural arm motion there is. Without proper pre and post throwing exercises and treatments your shoulder is going to get destroyed no matter what (assuming you throw regularly). Poor form does add to the risk, but by itself can't do the amount of damage that most people think it can. Throwing curveballs is worse for your arm than improper throwing form.

I know this because I have seen about 10 specialists in the last 10 years for my shoulder. Granted my injury wasn't related to form or duration I had to follow all the same therapy and was urged to get surgery which I didn't.

They do 10am first round 1pm second round ($6 each to play). Sometimes even a third. PM me if you need the number of the guy that runs it. They try to start at 10 but if someone is running a bit late they have no problem waiting.

Yea! Today is France Park Day!!!!

*dances a merry jig*

The two leagues carry separate ace pots. The $200 pot was on the 1pm league and Rob Martin cleared that out last week (playing cali, no less). I think the 10am league pot is under $50 currently.
