Little help Please? UPD V2 Pinch...

The Upper Park Designs V2 Pinch backpack I ordered, arrived

bent in half, forcefully folded to fit into a tiny box for shipping. :doh:

It is unwearable due to being stuck folded in half. Does anybody know

if the internal back-pad structure in the bag is plastic? Might have to send back.

Any suggestions and or info will be much appreciated.

The bar in the back is made of aluminum I am pretty sure. Definitely metal and not plastic. The V2 pinch has the metal stay (that's what the bar is called) run from the top all the way to the bottom. You may be able to unbend it.

The pinch is a cool bag, I had a v1. It's less cool bent in half I would imagine.

It should not be folded in half. It was a major mistake on the part of my new fulfillment center. It couldn't have been easy for them to bend them like that, so it's frustrating that they did it for multiple shipments. Please send me an email with some photos and your order number and I'll get you out a new bag.
