Well, while your product has me scratching my head trying to figure out who is going to buy this...I have to give you kudos for taking all of this rather brutal criticism pretty well. That usually says good customer service so I encourage you to keep your head up. Hate to see companies fail just because of an easy to fix problem like customer service issues.
