Maybe it is disc selection - my main drivers are a star Beast and pro Orc. I had to put away an old DX Beast and DX Valk that I used to use when they started flipping too much. I'll pull them back out and see what happens. Thanks.

I did the same thing with my DX Valk. Got too flippy, landed on the shelf. Spent a few months with lower speed drivers, then put it back in the bag a week or two ago. Now that I have some more snap, I can hyzer flip it like a champ. Give the DX another shot.

Tried some over the weekend. I really need to fine tune the release angle - it either flips and never fades back or never flips up. Both are useful throws but not the elusive hyzer flip I'm looking for. I'll keep working it - maybe some day.

I throw Vipers as one of my two primary drivers. They only come in DX. They are also some of the best discs that Innova offers.

DX is just fine. Just learn to aim around the trees.
