Just got an email from Sun King discs and they have the Big Z Luna in stock for......$50.
Hard pass
But...
I'm sure that'll convince someone.

Not saying I don't want one and dropping a c-note for a couple wouldn't bankrupt me. But yeah no.
Especially since I could just throw a Big Z Roach for $14.00. :|They sold out pretty quick on sunking. No way i was dropping 50$ on one
They called them warehouse finds, didn't look like they had very many. They sold out pretty quick on sunking. No way i was dropping 50$ on one

From what I could tell, they are so close that at my skill level there is no difference at all. They feel the same in the hand, they fly just about the same. If you wipe the stamp I'm 100% that I would not be able to tell the difference. Once there are multiple runs of Luna's out there they are going to overlap just in normal run variance i.e. a particularly stable run of Roach will be slightly more OS than a less stable run of Luna.So they say, I'd like to find a Big Z Luna for $15 to see if it is a bit more OS than the Roach.
I putt and throw JB Roaches, tried a proto Luna to see if I liked the plastic but the more I've thrown the JB, the more I like it. No way I'm paying $20 for mid grade plastic putters either. From what I could tell, they are so close that at my skill level there is no difference at all. So yeah, no way in Hell I'm buying a Luna when a Roach is cheaper. I mean I'm a disc golfer, fer God's sake! I don't know who these people paying $50 for a Luna are, but they are unlike any disc golfer I know.
A little birdie told me there may be a Cryztal Luna on the way soon.
i need one . . but those going to be $$$$ after a few days
After throwing the one and only Luna I did manage to snag I have seen the wisdom of putting the Roach back in the bag. No idea why in the world I took the Roach out in the first place...
