Paul McBeth on Track for Record $$ Won

A USDGC victory would push McBeth past $70,000 for the year.

Gratz to Paul. Would be really interesting to know how much he makes from sponsorships and such, his tax implications and travel expenses. But, of course, that is entirely his business, and it may not be a good idea to make that public. It is just kind of interesting to see if the best DG player in the world can afford to not have a day job.

It's absurd that the Scandinavian Open pays better than the Worlds
Most U.S. events pay out better than European events except the biggest ones. Play in the U.S. in weekly events then visit Europe for the big ones as the best strategy.

Was just watching SportsCenter or something along those lines, and they were doing a segment on PGA players and their earnings for the year....

10,000,000+ something for Jordan Spieth.... The others in the top ten list were all in the MILLIONS.

Crazy the drastic disparity between sports. But, for many many reasons, cannot compare DG to Ball Golf

It's very easy to root for and relate to guys that are regular joes in terms of earnings, who will pose for a pic with, sign your disc, and maybe even throw a round.
