Post a cool disc golf photo

Beaver Ranch, Colorado

I escaped the 97 degree weather in Denver on Saturday and played Beaver Ranch. Weather was perfect and the course is in amazing condition.

Got out for a little daddy daughter round Father's Day morning. She hasn't came with me a ton lately but she still powered through all 15 holes at Plymouth creek. Here's the little chucker doing her best Simon impersonation. But please let's lay off the mechanic recommendations she's only 3. Hope all the other pops out there had a good day as well!

News story about the course expansion: http://cbs6albany.com/news/local/niskayuna-disc-golf-course-celebrating-new-expansion

Is that the hole where the basket got knocked over on an ace run a couple years ago? That was one of the strangest/funniest things I've heard at a tourney. Big yell that transformed into a loud groan, then someone let out a loud laugh as the groan was fading away. My group all looked at each other like, "what the F was that?

Hope I get to make it out there this year.

Yes. The basket was made of sheet metal and when the top rim was hit the whole thing fell over split at the cage. They reassembled it and put more rocks on the base and later that day it was aced by someone else. The old basket has been retired and will eventually go out by the road with the course name on it. December 9th this year.

Got caught in a lake during a TStorm this past Sunday morning. Had no idea what kind of danger I was in with the lightning and still don't.

Found these beauties, though.

First time posting here although I've been checking out DGCR for tips and other things regarding disc golf for the three years I've played this beautiful sport.

Here's a shot of a sunset in Western Finland for you guys. The round didn't go as pretty, but I almost got an ace: ~70m (230ft) putter shot just long enough that it kissed one of the outside chains on the backside of the pin. Tough luck.
