Self-confidence is overrated, as are babies.

I am starting this "program" if you will in a week or so. Whenever my basket comes in. I think I will do more than 30 minutes a day though..but not more than 15 minute sessions.
I think I can only focus for about 15 minutes straight, but I also think I can do it for more than 30 minutes. Either way we will see...
Just 2 putters Challenger and a Banger GT in a few days, which could replace ole challenger we will see

Banger-GT = Challenger with a thumbtrack = awesomesauce.

I did my putting practice today. Got a tournament coming up on Saturday, so I'm going to try to double up on putting practice this week.

Missed a lot last week and my putting suffered yesterday.

Got it done today... /:

only did one session yesterday, but the tornado sirens were going off during my practice, so i called it a day. gonna do it right today though

I forgot to post yesterday, but did my putting practice.

Did my first set yesterday.

How is everyone determining a distance for starting out?

I started about 10-15 ft out and continued to step back until i started missing some. From there, I stepped forward little by little until I found my "make them all" distance. It is about 20-23 ft out, so I am starting there.

What distance is everyone starting out at, and how long are you staying there before moving back?

After missing about 10 easy putts this past weekend i am more determined to do this. Although I don't believe I can do it everyday i should be able to do 4-5 days a week.

I did my first practice today.

I believe the process is to have a distance that you will make 100% of your putts. I believe it is more about consistency than distance.

20-23 is about the distance I spend most of my practice time working on too. If I miss one from there it is usually because of a lapse in focus. I move in if I miss one. On occasion I may putt from 25 or so, but never more than that. I practice the longer putts outside of the 30 min per day sessions.
If it is windy out, then I'll stay more in the 15-20 foot range.

Did my 30 minutes for today...bout to head out fo summo!

Did mine the right way the first half. 2nd half, was trying FH putting. It was not great, but not as bad as I thought it would be, but when I miss, I miss bad on it.
