I'm sorry, but this just sounds ridiculous... even if its true, its not something I would come out trying to post on a kickstarter. Sounds unprofessional and like a bad marketing attempt.
My first time around with Pures I loved the Grip line for driving, but they didn't have a plastic I liked for putting at that time. Now they have the Zero Hard. I do have a GL that I've used for driving but I think I liked the Grip better, just can't find them anymore. Haven't tried Opto yet...
Oh okay, I was thinking someone told me Eze became ZHard and the old Zero was ZSoft.
Like I said, I'd never felt TM2 or Eze so I didn't know. Thanks for the clarification :)
I know when I first started throwing Pures they were only in Grip and Zero. Grip was awesome for driving and Zero did...
I just picked up 2 of the ZHard Pures as well and they are my putting dream. When it comes out of my hand I know that its doing exactly what I told it to. If you like stiff putters like me these are the best available right now.

The only way I wouldn't carry a putter is if I had a mid that I was truly comfortable putting with, and most mids don't putt for crap for most people. The added distance you will get from a mid over a putter (which for a lot of people isn't much) isn't going to help you too much if you are...
A friend sent me this the other week of some old stuff. This made me think the reasoning for Roc3 was because the Classic Roc was technically Roc 1 and then the Ontario/SM/Rancho/Roc+/etc were all variations on the Roc2 so to speak. Now that everything is coming out as a disc3 I have no idea...
