^^ I agree with that statement, however for a newer player over inflating Par is unfair IMO. People who don't understand the game lose a bit of respect for it when playing a "320ft par 5" (on a wide open course).....get a 4.....and pat themselves on the back

If you go out to a ball golf course......as a beginner.......play a par 5 (from the shortest tees) chances are you probably don't get a 4.........more like a 7 or even more.

I guess I just don't see any argument IMO that holds any water when it comes to inflating Par

I know this is a bit last minute, but I'll throw it out there anyway.

Terry Miller is looking for propagators for his Women's Global Event tomorrow at Grey Fox. Basically he is looking for players with a rating of above 800. Your entry will be free but there will be no prizes as a result. The rounds will be rated though just like any other sanctioned tourney. If you're interested, drive up to Grey Fox tomorrow and sign up. Check in ends at 10am. Two rounds of 18.

Ashleigh's mom wanted to play disc golf today, we took her out to Channahon and I ended up shooting a personal best -9, missed easy birdie putts on 16 and 18 and should have gone double digits down.
