[Question] 1 abnormal disc that is a must have in the bag

In my opinion the Innova DX XD is a must have. It is the perfect turnover putter/ short midrange.

Gateway Illusion in evolution plastic.
The most consistent, fast flipping overhand disc.
Once you throw the illusion one time you know how it will flip and it will become a deadly weapon for getting over trouble. It also holds a great hyzer line and rolls for days.
Give it a whirl!

I have two, the R-Pro Polecat and Gold Flying Squirrel.

The Polecat is completely neutral but not mega-glidey like a Comet and hits and sticks like nobody's business.

The Flying Squirrel is the best understable midrange I've thrown. It is continually being passed over for the Fuse and Meteor when, to me, it does everything they do but doesn't suffer from a stability personality change when it's powered down.

You guys will laugh at me but a disc I couldn't live with out is my Discraft Zeppelin (aka 2011 ace race disc that didn't get put into production). It is great for approaches and low wind upshots. I even aced on a 280 foot hole with it the other day. Too bad it was on my second drive :wall:

I would say my most abnormal disc is either a wolf or archangel. But most of my discs are bought on recommendation.

For me I'd say its my worn omega SS's. they can do so much and always amaze people at how long they fly.

The least-common (but still fairly common) discs in my bag are probably the Darts. I putt with Star Darts, and use a ridiculously-domy Champion Dart as a turnover driver and upshot disc.

Lol I use a monarch for tomahawks. Not really abnormal I guess. Would be for higher caliber players. But the accuracy with the tomahawk with it is ridiculous.
