i just got one about 3 weeks ago at a tourney.

Goes farther than I expected for the effort I put into it. Gotta be careful of the flip/turnover factor.


Very nice so far.

I have it in the Star/ESPish plastic (le silver squall)

Most underrated? Has to be the Optimizer. They work for tight anhyzer rollers that are impossible with any other disc. It's important for me because the forehand flick hurts my shoulder.

It is good for anything but a roller????

Even my 12 year old smooth form had a tough time not flipping that disc......IMO one of the worst ever along with its driver version the "Maximizer"

I think the most under rated disc I have is the Q Sentinel. I only know one other person who throws them and I get a fair amount of questions about it when I pull it out of the bag.

Same here... The Sentinel MF is a money mid-range disc.

Panther

My champion panther is still incredibly serviceable as an escape disc, and sits in front right next to my putter, but it isn't $$$ like my old flattop DX was. I could use that old DX for just about anything within 100', especially if there was triple canopy jungle between my lie and the basket. The domey champ just doesn't quite do it.

My bro hates it when I uncork a hyzer into the bush, on the left, close to the pin. He knows it is even money that I will thread it through two close trees with a vertical forehand flick, have that panther bounce, catch, and roll a left curve, and die right next to the basket. That is, if it doesn't actually hit the pin.

I never did warm up to the champion version... I still miss my old DX Panther. It can't be replaced.

I really like my Champ Panther, but I gotta agree with the rest of your statement. The DX Panther was an awesome disc.

Perfect for those sharp 90 degree hyzer shots.

Pro Rhyno, the best driving putter I've ever thrown. Throw it flat and it's dead straight with virtually no fade, or throw it on any line and it holds it like a champ. I still use my aviar for things within 100 ft, but 100'-250' the Rhyno is my go-to disc almost every time.

Star teerex....just discovered the disc and love it. It is my go to disc for RHFH drives (didn't think I would ever replace my beloved Flicks but this has so far). It has given me very accurate 400+ drives.

It has allowed me to take routes through the trees that I never knew existed before.

Overstable short range discs don't get enough love.
