I decided to abbreviate every word in the sentence, above, which states what I think about abbreviating words unnecessarily.

Don't bother going to the trouble of trying to figure out what it says, because I don't when you abbreviate.

Your sentence could have been very different. For, when a person composes a sentence that must be filled by the receiver, they should not be surprised when it becomes a Mad Lib game.

Discraft, via Paul have started their new Paul based marketing campaign. It's definitely different than what they've done in the past. More gritty and personal, less slick and polished.

It looks like they've hired Jomez to do the work. Good choice.

I just don't know why people keep wasting words to tell other people they can't use "DC" for Discraft. ...

Because words are free? Or because they're right?

Anyway, you can't abbreviate Discraft as DC because that C is needed to complete the word "Disc" in the name. DC is short for Dis Craft. That's an affront to all the creativity that went into cleverly double-using the C.
