See, there's "incidental" type closeness and then there's just stupid carelessness that shouldn't be happening right now. This is the latter. As the lead guy in a pretty sizable operation dealing with risk mitigation, SOPs are binding- or at least they really should be. Somebody at Foundation is going to get a big, hard lesson in liability if something happens. Anybody with a business worth having should be going above & beyond to protect themselves, and I'm shocked every time I see a place just straight up not giving a ****. It's only a matter of time before it bites 'em in the ass if that's how they're operating. Can you imagine the legal battle they'd have on their hands if Discraft's Golden Boy caught COVID and had permanent deficiencies from a Foundation event because they didn't require any PPE or provide any SOPs? Ugh. Quagmire city!
