Lost Disc Mega Thread: Post your lost disc questions and stories here.

My DD and Lat64 plastic seem to have become water seeking projectiles, 3 recently inRiggs park pond. A green Saint, Yellow Mace, and Grey Trilogy stamped Thief all went to quite possibly a final resting place since local authorities threw a fit last time I raked there. I also lost a 12x KC...

So, how did you play today?

Played scrappy today compared to yesterday. Was crushing drives I usually miss yesterday, not so much today. Caught the flu or something and it has knocked my energy way back which sucks since the wind calmed down today.

Lat 64 mace (already gone), Lat 64 Pure zero, looks to be first run in good putting shape and I love it. Both of these used $4.99 each. And the best a Westside Harp BT Hard that I already love.

So, how did you play today?

Riggs Park, 4 over the first 9, 3 over the second 9. Talked to a park employee that had some discs for sale cheap and talked to another lady about disc golf. Only one on the course, lots of throws and putting practice. Weather was nice with typical Kansas wind. Pretty good day.

Review by BIGDGOLFS in course Alan John Memorial DGC

2.50 star(s) Pretty much your typical 9 holer. Short, not overly technical or difficult. Does get challenging in the wind if your disc selection is off due to the trees. Several shots need to be played low, go high and you will be in a tree. Pretty fun if you want to add another course to your list, you can...

    [Putters] Putter Help

Some of your decision will come from your putting style. Do you push, spin, or spush putt? Feel is very important as mentioned. Also how you want the disc to act outside the circle. Dont get too caught up until you figure out your style and get in the practice time. I started off with a DX...

Review by BIGDGOLFS in course Riggs Park

2.50 star(s) Good course for beginners as most are pretty short shots, still enough obstacles to keep it interesting. Fairly protected from the wind. Can play a quick round if it isn't busy. Plenty of shade in the summer. Course is always pretty well maintained. Lots of people in the park on weekends, DGers...

Review by BIGDGOLFS in course Old Oak DGC

3.00 star(s) Course has been dedesigned and now has 18 baskets. There are now shorter, more technical, and challenging shots. Look forward to concrete pads being poured. Always windy, natural tee pads make footing difficult. Will update my review if more work is done and concrete pads are poured.
