I rambled so much in the above comment, I did not give my input to your question. I have trained around 30 people from scratch and the 3 Woman I helped, threw around 100ft to 200ft. Most of the Men could hit around 175 to 225 the first round.

I can't stand the Innova Roc in any type plastic. Maybe if I played with it first, however someone gave me a Discraft Buzzz in 2009 and then now I only shoot Dynamic Disc Truth's.

Mine has been outside for 9 years uncovered, and is still in good shape. A little rust on the chains and some on the pole where the disc has hit it alot.

Just get the disc to land in the basket off the tee, and avoid all risk!

My cost on the cotton/polyester tee-shirts in the first picture with the vinyl was $2.80. I bought the shirts at 40% from Hobby Lobby and the vinyl was on a 50% sale. The Pro-Tee polo shirt was the most expensive, $30 from Belk. However that is going to be my shirt for tournaments.
