Glass,
Let's play a flick only round, my buddy and I allow each other to dictate rounds every once in a while. I.e., putter only, two disc, flick etc.... And that round turned fh around for me. Now I use it 30% of the time and confidently! and I want to practice and get better.
Took mine out today, very solid and comfortable. Lots of room for clothes, drinks, food, tags, food, keys, sinks, vacuums, and a spare tire.
I love the top pocket and how it holds the putter for a he-man putter quick draw. The middle pocket holds the most used discs so well and I had four up...
My helix should be here this afternoon. When I get home I will do a full unboxing and review prior to putting it through a round. I have a tournament next weekend and this will be a perfect test as we have three rounds in two days on lots of various terrain. I'm stoked! Patience pays off, so be...
Mike a few ideas, first, turmeric. Lots of turmeric! It is a natural anti inflam.
Also do the full range of research on DMSO, and try that if you get into it. It can be very beneficial for lots of issues. Don't believe the government.

Nice technical short course
Nice short technical lines, very easy to par yet you have to be accurate.
Mosquitoes, tees near baskets perhaps a safety issue, mosquitoes!
It was fun to play, really just need a putter and maybe a mid, great accuracy course.
Bring plenty of bug spray if close to...
With the 168 crave neutron I have found a bit longer of a straight flight at first with a bit of fade at the end, as it seasons straight to turn. The proton seems to be a bit more stable but not in a bad way, it is stubborn in the wind and the fade at the end I have found to be more pronounced...
I purchased a proton crave in the high 160's and now own a max weight neutron and a 163 neutron as well as the proty. These guys are money in almost all situations. In order to work on my form and my distance development I took the speed 9 and 10's out of my bag. I just love how this is stable...
As a personal trainer, get very familiar with your pelvic floor/lower abdominals, oblique abdominals and lastly rectus abdominus. These are the absolute most important part of PROPER back stabilization and spinal alignment. Throwing a disc is a very dynamic motion. If the proper strength is not...
So for the better part of two weeks I have only putted with the envy. It has already proved to handle wind, power and consistency (for me) better than the ion. I love the ion but yesterday I played a alias/envy round x2 and shot really well. The 20 footers were near automatic and the predictable...
Sub 170 g volt
Yesterday I found an anomaly at my LDS. A pink neutron volt scaled at 167.9. It flies light a beat volt right out of the box and is a sick hyzer flip disc.... I feel lucky to find it...
Or am an idiot and now they make them lighter?
I'm officially letting the envy vie for the putter spot. Has anyone made the switch from an ion to an envy? If so, did you find that dropping some weight was necessary/optimal, or play the fade a bit more...
