Your Going to have to get out to the Pittsburgh area. Moraine, Deer Lakes, IUP College Lodge, Knob Hill, Schenley (just cause its dahntown), and Two Mile Extension (9 hole) are my regulars.

Morain State park (40 min north of pittsburgh), Paw Paw (West Virginia), Deer Lakes, Brent Hambrick (columbus Ohio). I did a Pittsburgh to Idlewild trip last summer. All great courses. Paw Paw is my favorite course.
