SW and HUB already pointed this out about the head down being bad but I'd like to expand on that. In ball golf the common advice is very often thrown around and completely misrepresented.
Head down is bad. Eyes down are good.

yep, i had the revelation the last few days. SLOOOOOOOW down to a point where I felt like the disc wouldn't go anywhere and it flys as far if not farther then when I was trying to muscle one.
Yea I'm not so hung up his technique but he did always have some good drills to help people understand feelings. It was more a curiosity question since he was so deep into and then gone in a blink but people still reference his stuff.

I've always been trying to pause my shoulders and never really got the feeling. Now assume I'm getting into the pocket correctly, I would be in the ruff pec position? From there Zj writes to uncoil your shoulders towards the target...
I really think I understand what is supposed to happen and the concept of getting it into the power pocket but how do you practice it to get the right feeling.

When you say move your shoulder towards the target, I assume you mean after the reach back, turning your shoulder to the target so they end up pointing at the target and keep that rotation as opposed to leaning and driving the shoulder down the target line. I'm pretty sure i get it but I dont...
