I've seen some huge improvements in my drives lately. I went from maxing at 350' to flirting with 400', and my longest at 410'.
A few things have really helped me improve. The first would be taking my time and slowing things down. Before you throw, take a second and go through a mental review...
My experience has been the same. I generally don't consider using my amp, but the last 2 drives I've used it for have been excellent. My Amp has a nice bit of turn, but always seems to come back. It earned a spot back in my bag and I'm looking forward to beating it in.
Sank a ~50ft putt last night with the Envy, that fade is just so beautiful and predictable.
I can't wait for the soft Envys to come out, then I can drop the soft anode and use the Envy exclusively.
Another vote for the Star Roadrunner. Definitely not understable for me, mine was actually very stable. I accidentally left it on the course and didn't notice for a good 2 weeks, hopefully someone else can enjoy it.
I've used it a couple of times and it is great. I love how I can watch my driving form frame by frame, it has really helped me correct some of the issues I was experiencing.
The first disc I purchased was a double stamped Pro Beast. The second time I played disc golf, the stars aligned and I had a perfect tunnel shot that parked right next to the basket and I was immediately hooked.

After trying Banger Gt, Focus, Aviar, Magnet, and Soft Proton Anodes, I finally settled on Proton Ions. The bead feels just right in my hands and its a natural fit. I'm now focusing more on the actual movement of the putt, instead of how I'm holding the disc.
Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.
Right now I'm enjoying Roc3s, but I'm liking my brand new Tangent. Not sure which will get more use, it will probably depend more on the course/conditions.
One of the first discs I bought was a Pro-D Buzzz. I hit one tree and it practically imploded, instantly turning into a puddle top disc. I've never been able to get into Discraft since then.
Also, a Blizzard Wraith I had. That thing would turn over with just a whisper.
What's up guys, I've been lurking here for about a year and a half and I finally decided to start contributing to this community.
I've been playing for about 2 years now and I'm really trying to take my game seriously and improve my abilities. Also, I just got bit hard by the plastic "bug", so...
