Simply Amazing!
Everything. Seriously. It's phenomenal.
All of the amenities you can think of. Good signage, nice map/scorecard, perfect teepads, benches on every teepad, garbages at every teepad, bugspray by the pro shop, large deck/patio area, and a pool table and bar in the pro shop...

Much improved...
-A fair variety of holes, ranging from very short to fairly long
-Generally not very crowded
-Decent ace potential on a few holes
-User-friendly layout
-Not a very technical course
-Teepads aren't very good
-Poor signage
Eliminating the original first 5 holes was a good move...

Short
-Quick course to play. Takes my friend and I about 45 minutes.
-You'll get some low scores, making you feel better about your game.
-It's not usually too crowded (at least when I go)
-Lots of potential to get an ace
-Fair variety of hole setups (after the first 5).
-Easy layout to...
I would think Oly lifts (snatch and clean & jerk) would be just about ideal. They work the entire body and help to develop explosive strength.
No offense, but I wouldn't ever consider lifting anything like what stevep described.
Fire Ants - Not an issue around here
Holes with water all around the basket - Never played one
Slim tunnel shots - I wouldn't call the tunnel shots on my courses "slim"
Rainy days - Meh. A little rain never hurt anyone
Poison Ivy - Haven't encountered this yet
Lost Discs - Haven't lost one yet...
I own several of each make, but I only carry three discs with me.
The three I carry are the ones that work the best for me. They are a TL, a Roc, and an Aviar.
So, Innova for me.
