I'm not the best backhand thrower by all means only been throwing it 8-10 months but I can throw 350-400ft and I can't flip the champ katana if I tried. I'm 6'4 190ish I have huge hands and can't get it to flip no matter how hard I try.. :-/ Haven't tried a nuke seen plenty of them thrown tho...

I use the flick for a sidearm disc.. no matter what angle you put it on it'll come back to the right within seconds.. its supposed to do that.. I've heard its a great roller too havent tried that yet.. the disc kinda scares me yet lol

I started throwing side arm a few years back and I learned with a firebird.. to this day its my go to sidearm disc.. I've also thrown destroyers monsters grooves orcs sidewinders valks pretty much anything you can think of.. and honestly.. I don't really care for the xcal sidearm but thats just me
