When I’m just playing a recreational round, I score everything as a par 3. It makes it easier to keep up with the total score.

I love to mess with the younger guys by goading them into trying to out drive one another. If I can get them to try too hard I can just do my boring short-straight throws and out score them.

I'm 58 and have been playing off and on for about 5 years. I can't compete with the younger guys for distance, but I can hang with them by throwing 2 well-placed 275 footers. They will drive HUGE distances and then miss their up-shot. I love to get a couple of them trying to outdrive one...

Almost any time a metal object is stolen it is a meth head taking it for the scrap value. Has nothing to do with disc golf and has everything to do with needing drug money.

I carry a "water disc" to throw when there is water to carry. I went to Play It Again Sports and bought a bunch of used stuff for about $2 each. If I lose it I don't care...that helps me just go for it over water.
