How does a not-for-profit with a mission to 'grow the sport' justify competing against commercially viable for-profits with a similar mission?
The NT was started at the time by the PDGA when there was no viable commercial path and the player/members prioritized increasing sponsorship to grow the sport.
How does throwing more $ at the NT in a (quiet) effort to sink the DGPT make an strategic sense to the members. Granted, it may feed the egos of the BOD but shouldn't that $ be plowed into youth development?.?.?.
