Cocky NOT so good buddy

Yeah he's a friend of mine, but I won't use any names.

I would not call myself a baller, but I am fairly superior to my buddy that I hit up to play a smaller course in the area when I only have a minute. He makes occaional, and I do mean occasional good shots. He can't approach, and putts alright.

The worst part is, that he talks so much jive with other disc golfers on the field, like he is 3X as good as he is. He is my bud and all, but dang! Just cause I can shoot alright, you have to run your mouth.

I know it's my fault. But what can I do. He is fine when just playing but give him an audience.

Were usually just drinking a little, so call him drink buddy 1st and disc buddy 2nd.

No matter how good I get, I'm gonna tell people I suck. That way when we play a round I can be like, "Surprise! I'm actually awesome!"

my buddy mainly talks smack to others...even after he gets off a bad shot. it's pretty pathetic, but he is persistent with his BS.

I just roll my eyes and let the others know he is "that guy"
