Disc Golf Cart Pictures and ideas

Large doll for disc golf cart needed. I have a Bob jogging stroller and want to put a doll up front with a tap in it's belly for a mini keg in back. It needs to be big enough like a 12-15lb baby.
Seems like a fun project. The line from keg will be ice cooled.
Will post photo when done.
You gonna call it your Beer Baby?

looking to turn a milk crate into a "delta style" cart that I've seen before. Any pointers on attaching/running an axle?

I would mount a 2x4 or 2x6 to the bottom of the crate with some ubolts and mount the axle to the 2x4. If you look through the thread I belive you will see a couple of converted crates

Converted a rolling tool box to a disc golf cart after my L64 bag tore.

You are not the only one I have herd of having the Latitude 64 bag tare. Another on this site had his bag rip too, right after the 1 year warranty was up. That for the other person was big bag that Latitude 64 makes the Luxury E3. If I used Trillogy brand bag I would get the Dynamic Discs bags except the Ranger as they look like they are way better built/sturdy then the Latitude 64 bags.

Can't take credit for this gem. The standard milk crate is for a homemade Delta, whereas this crate is for the homemade Züca

This is my custom cart I just finished. The body is reused 1x12 shelving with 1" holes drilled to save weight. The handle and wheels are from a $6 Goodwill golf pull cart. I got lucky on the half inch threaded rod axle, all I had to do was press fit on some left over pex tube and that left a perfect fit for the cart wheels to press on over the pex. I finished it with leftover truckbed coating and some poly and I ended up with a poormans Zuca. It's plenty sturdy and I am sure a bit heavier than a Z but for about $10 and some recycled parts, I am happy!

Great job. Does the lid make a lot of noise while on the course? It looks like you have some velcro to keep the lid in place. How tall is the seat?

Very observant. Yes, I did put the the velvet portion of velcro on it just to soften the sound when I close it. If it is really bumpy the lid flops a little bit but I don't notice it and it doesn't bother me.... I don't have a tape measure on me but I want to say the seat height ended up being 21" or 22". It is similar to Zuca height but I actually tested a few seat heights and that seemed the most comfortable for me at 5'10".

I can post more detailed pics of the lower portion if anyone is considering building one similar to it. Just ask if you're interested, I'd be happy to post a few more pics.

A friend has been bugging me to build him a cart similar to yours. If you do measure the cart, what is your clearance height and what is your wheel size.

Seat height = 22"

Clearance when rolling = 4" to 4.5"

Wheel diameter = 9.5"

I am about 160 lbs and probably only sit on the cart a few times a round so the wheels should last me quit awhile. A big guy might wear the bearings out quick but it would be real easy to replace those or install an actual pair of Zuca wheels for $50 or a push mower wheel would work also. Sorry about the upside down pics I don't know why they keep loading like that.

Thats pretty sweet! Those old Zs had rollerblade wheels probably, right? So you had to build up the wheel and axle area.

Yes, the Zuca in the pic cost me $20. I removed the roller blade wheels. Mounted at 2x4 to the bottom. Built and axle with threaded rod and PVC pipe. So the wheels don't come off the axle, use nylock jam nuts.

I originally paid $6 for the wheels at Harbor Freight with a coupon but recently changed to zuca style tires I found at Northern Tools for $15 each during their 4th of July sale.

Most of the other hardware to finish the zuca, i have at work. I build them strong enough to beat the hell out of the cart and for me to sit on. Im a big guy and put some lbs on the seat.

Its been pretty easy to find a cheap zuca school cart, however, there are a lot of them that were for girls, so I painted a couple frames and others i put patches over the girly designs. My friends have been pretty happy with the results.

These school sized carts, I believe, are the same frames Zuca used for the Junior World carts.

Milk crate cart

First time trying a milk crate cart. Happy with how it works in the yard. Playing this week will come pack with pros and cons.

My cart. I had the Magna Cart sitting unused in the garage. Bought a Bag Boy 3 wheeled golf cart for 12 bucks at the thrift store. Tires are foam filled, so we'll Worth it, plus I have a spare. [emoji16] Some angle aluminum and hose clamps for the axle, and the cooler gets the bag up so I don't have to bend down to get to the discs.
