Haley: Try to point at the target with the elbow prior to straightening the lower arm. Keys:Try to force the wrist down until the disc has let now you have nose up and that slows the disc down and limits distance. Mia: Try to pinch harder with the index finger and thumb maybe a little more tightness from the other fingers may help. Mat: Nice power generation but try to get the disc closer to your chest at the right pec and fire from there.
