I've been enjoying the trilogy bag quite a bit lately, for no other reason than it's different. Plus, in the winter it's not a normal power game, but more finesse and the Trilogy stuff powers down better.

I have done it before. Two things I get hung up on:
1. The trilogy stuff does not like power the same way the other bag does, and it makes me have to think. I hate thinking.
2. The colors are different. I have my bags set up to alternate colors, that way I can always tell if I lost one. More just a nerd thing than anything else.

To be perfectly honest, I have 5 separate bags, each filled with discs. It's mainly a, "I'm tired of throwing this bag, lets throw another one." My wife says I have a problem...

she just dont understand..

Spring has sprung! Alright, maybe not quite, but it is definitely warmer than it's been the last few months. I have switched up some discs to begin to get some beat in before the season really gets going. I have three bags I'm cycling through right now.

Each bag is just the core. I will add in Defenders, Punishers, and Cranks for long courses and tournaments.

I have also decided to go with just wizards, instead of wizards and scales, and see if there is an improvement in the short game.

Phew, that was a lot! Love the feedback and questions.

I am liking them more and more. They are still heavy, floaty, and only slightly dumpy. It pairs super well with the ledgestone esp wasps

You should see all the backups. ;)

Let me know if your looking for something.

you say jb was more glide

do you have chunks and stuff taken out of yours? bent rim?

Normal knicks and wear like you would see on a pro plastic disc.

It definitely has more glide than the Z or ESP wasps, more like the old X wasps. It feels like it has the distance potential that the others just never got to unless they had been used for years. When I said dumpy, I was meaning the type of fade, not the overall flight. It sort of drops to the ground, instead of diving to the ground.

I really, really like these JBs. I haven't bought a blue one and need too badly, that way all my color combos work.

So I have been throwing some Vultures lately and have really begun to enjoy them, so much so that have just about kicked out the teebirds.

Going to play around with a magnet for a driving/approach putter for a little while. It seems to hold the lines better than the wizard, but I do not like it for regular putting. We shall see.

Loving the Vultures still. They have now replaced the teebirds, just wish I had more of them. I used to throw the scale for approaches to the basket, but I have found that the Vulture has become my money FH approach disc.

I found that the Cranks cover all my US shots from annys, hyzer-flips, to straight shots. Once I took the undertows out and just started to throw the Cranks, I began to throw them more frequently than I ever did with the undertows. In fact, threw them so well that I almost aced a 470' hole! Freakin' best shot of my life. Was playing match play dubs against a pro card, not only took the hole but the lead at that point.

Feeling more comfortable with the Comet than I have felt in a couple of years, which always makes me happy because Comet shots always get a, "Whoa, what was that!"

All that being said, I'm playing less often than I used to, but shooting better. Shot 3 of my highest rated round at an A-Tier this summer. The first time that I was able to play 3 solid rounds without a big hiccup in a LONG time.

I always love that reaction when throwing a Comet.

Bag looks great!

My favorite reaction is after I tell someone it was a comet, they say, "wait, isn't that a midrange?" Why yes it is. ;)

Bags update

Black Bag (sorry for the rotation)

ZFLX Punisher, 174g- Turning it into my new winter driver
BigZ Vulture, 174g- straight with fade
BigZ Vulture, 172g, FH and straight shots
ZFLX Crank, 172g- Max Distance and US shots/ Longest throw I have ever had that was an ace run was with this disc, 447'. It was crazy good. Not every shot is that great, but they are almost always nice shots.
Mids:
Crystal Buzzz, 178g- Oldest Disc I have been playing with/ US shots
ESP Wasp, 178g- 2nd Oldest Disc I have been playing with/ Straight shots
ESP Wasp, 180g- Beefy wasp that is beating in nicely/ FH Rollers
ESP Wasp, 180g- Super Beefy/ Hard Hyzers/ Spikes
Putters:
SSS(?) Scale, 174g- Approaches/trying to like this for both jump putts and approaches
SSSS Wizard, 174g- Putter

Red Bag (Winter/Easy to Lose Disc Course)

picture.php

Drivers:
Z Punisher, 173g- Distance Driver
Z Pred, 175g- Fresh/Spikes
Z Pred, 174g- Beat/ One of my favorite discs/ Sky annys to pan out for massively tall Left to Rights that bail out and head straight down
BigZ Vulture, 173g- beefy vulture, but less stable than the old pred
ESP Vulture, 172g- straight
Mid:
Crystal Buzzz, 178g- US
Z Wasp, 178g- beat-up Z/ Not my favorite, so if I lose it, it's ok
Z Wasp, 180g- Beefy wasp
Putters:
SSS(?) Scale, 174g- Approaches
SS Wizard, 174g- Putting

Mahl (Mountain Bag/US Bag)
picture.php

picture.php

Drivers:
ZFLX Punisher, 173g- Distance Driver
Big Z Pred, 174g- Headwinds/ Spikes
Proline Tsunami, 174g- Straight with hard fade/ If they kept making these, I wouldn't have Vultures or Teebirds or Preds
Champ Teebird, 175g- Beefy teebird
Star Teebird, 175g- Straight
G* Gazelle, 175g- FH, Rollers, panning annys
Lucid River, 180g- Annys/Turnovers/ This is a 350' comet, freaking sweet, but doesn't work with brands as well.
Mids:
ESP Comet, 178g- US
JB Wasp, 180g- Straight to slight fade
Z Wasp, 180g- Beefier, but not Ledgestone ESP Beef
Putters:
G* Scale, 175g- Approaches
SB Wizard, 174g- THE TRUE WIZARD, TOURNAMENT WIZARD, THE ONE PUTTER TO RULE THEM ALL

Purple Bag (Tournament Bag, but discs that are being cycled)
picture.php

picture.php

Drivers:
Z Punisher, 173g- Long Hyzers/Distance Wind
SP Tsunami, 175g- Beef, nothing but beef/ This is the disc I prefer to the fresh Z preds.
BigZ Crank, 173g- Straight (Pink US disc, can add into snow bag)
ZFLX Crank, 174g- Backup
Champ Teebird, 175g- closer to a banshee than a teebird/ plays back and forth with the beat pink Z Pred for spot (only keep the pred because it cuts down on molds, not on shots)
Champ Teebird, 175g- Money disc, can fill in for any blue slot if I'm not feeling something
Eternal Alpha, 175g- the best disc I don't use/ I have tried to switch over to just the vultures, bc it lets me stay almost 100% Discraft, but the Alphas are awesome. I literally have to take it out of the bag or I just end up throwing it instead of the others. If I could only throw one driver for every shot, it would be the alpha
G* Gazelle, 175g- FH, Rollers, Panning annys
Mids:
Z Comet, 180g- Straight/ annys/ new disc
Z Wasp, 178g- This replaces the blue ESP in the main bag during the summers
Z Wasp, 180g- backup for the other pink Z
ESP Wasp, 180g- X-out Ledgestone/crazy beefy/ this bookends if I switch discs around from bag to bag. I don't really use it much.
Putters:
G* Scale, 174g- Approaches/ This is the greatest approach disc I have ever thrown. I wish they made more. The other one is just not the same
SS Scale, 174g- Jump putts
SB Wizard, 174g- trying to like it as much as the green wizard...:\
