I found mine in the school supplies section...with all the backpacks and other bags. I couldn't find them in my local Walgreens but was headed through St. Louis and found a couple there.

The first walgreens I went to had zero bags. The second one had probably 15 bags. I got two. They were grouped with some luggage, I dont really remember which aisle. They only had one bag that has the 4 prongs on bottom and real velcro pockets on each side. it also came with a piece of plastic that fit the bottom. I put on the strap from my starter bag and its pretty legit. $2.99 for the bag. I dont think this will last forever, but its a super cheap alternative to buying a tourney bag. It holds about 24 discs, maybe more if you dont have as many putters in my bag as I do
