Baraboo Lions DGC. I have not played it, but have heard good things about this course from people in the area.
If you can make the drive down to Madison, there are some good options there. Hiestand is a fun course that is open for the winter months. Several WI courses are closed for the season.

If you can make the probably 30 minute trip go to birds ruins in marshall. Its northeast of madison.
Other than that sad as it is the Wisconsin Dells has no courses really. I am going to be working on that this year.

Thanks for the info.
I played Baraboo. Decent course, but being the first to play it in the snow, and not knowing where to go made it kinda miserable.
