I just picked up one of the eclipse lifts a few weeks ago. Man I really love it. It kinda flys like an old innova sline fd for me. Flips up and just goes straight but without the domey profile. I imagine the other plastics are a little less stable since the eclipse makes mvps stuff more stable...
Any insight on the 22 barela teebird3s? Are they as money as the 21 run?
Thread also needed a bump. Hopefully one of the team members picks a halo t3 soon that looks like the ohn l3s.
My star dark rebel flew -1/1 straight away.
For reference I bought a 171 swirly neon green from the shop today and threw on 10ish holes with various lines.
Def has “made in USA” tooling which is different then any tooling on the numerous fds I have. Mild dome, not flat but not super domey...
I got one the other day so far I have thrown it at least a dozen times. I’m liking it a lot. Numbers are right on 8 4 -1 1 for sure. Overall not any different than a normal star in my opinion. My Madison light weight from last year is more stable at 8 4 -1 2 imo.
I’m going to play a one driver...
I concur. These are an excellent run. They go incredibly far. I too liked them so much I bought a couple extras. However, I washed my main thrower in warm water and dish soap to get some pine tree sap off of it and the stamp literally disintegrated. Pretty lame, but thankfully the stamp is...
I too was disappointed with the Madison tl3’s. Above poster is correct the wing is very different from your normal tl/tl3. It also seemed to have a sharper nose when compared to my other tl3 on hand. I could tell that it was going to stable and when I threw them today I was 100% correct. It...
I used to have a gl line mercy and although the recycled starts out pretty stable. It does beat into a wonderful, straight bomber of a putter. It just goes, and maintains a subtle fade and some nice high speed stability. Your form is off if your turning them unintentionally. If your a mercy...
Not sure how much help I will be here, but I’ve had this be true for literally every putter I’ve bought across all brands.
My premium version of the same mold I own base has always been slightly taller, domier, and even a slightly bigger diameter. I chalk it up to how the plastic types cool...
I just recently got ahold of a 167 x mold ce eagle that is a milky white color and semi opaque with a solid black stamp
My question is how can you tell what run this is
Also on a side note, do they make star eagle L's
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks
I've been playing disc for about a year now and I throw prodominatly forehand. When I first started playing disc I would play backhand and maybe a month into playing I blew my shoulder out and couldnt play for a few weeks. At that point I was thinking that maybe this sport was not for me.
I...
I just got back from throwing my new domey ice x out boss. Mine has a noticable warp in the flight plate, which is i guess suppose to make it more stable?
I throw prodominatly forehand and i noticed that if i keep it low the thing glides forever and has a subtle fade at the end, but if i...
