    Supporting The Little Guys

Took me a lot of experimenting to realize that you all the molds are pretty good so just stick with what work for me - the core is always aviar/roc/teebird/destroyer- with 2 or 3 other speciality molds to keep it fun and have some versatility in terms of getting out of trouble or crazy wind...

    Dyes by Dan

That Star Destroyer is beautiful - wow. I especially love the rings on the wing - is that up for sale?

    Been a while...

Thanks for the signature love, its quite outdated for what I throw now(or was throwing when I stopped) but I love the piece too much to tamper with it - Maybe if I can find another 4 spare minutes I'll make a new one and see how turns out... MSPaint is serious business. Mr. Ellis, you were...

Haven't picked up a golf disc in like a year + What have I missed ? Innova still tampering with my beloved Rocs? The Vibram Sole looks interesting...

What would be the best plastic to try a Clozer in?

Sorta new to DG, new to forums.

Sounds like a good time, just keep playing and you'll get the hang of it. 150g is OK for drivers, however - for mids and putters I would say aim for 165g + DX plastic is fine for mids/putters , but certain drivers don't have very good durability in DX(I wouldn't use DX on anything faster than...

Sorta new to DG, new to forums.

Those are all nice discs, just use what you have for a while. The best advice I can give on a rank beginner is "Nose down/ disc down". Meaning those are the two biggest things to concentrate on, keeping the "nose" of the disc down(you don't want to see much of the top of the disc in-air) and...

    Elevated baskets. Like or dislike?

I'm ambivalent towards them. I think what Mark said has some traction with me. I don't mind them if they look decent, but the ones that look like shit(aka just an elevated pole, or some ghetto basket hanging from a tree) don't do it for me. If you don't have the means to do it "right", then...

    Rusch Bags Bag

I had this epiphany myself about the end of last season. I put down the beaded stuff and ordered some grid stamp aviars(classics). I originally ordered a "stack" of 5, to practice jump-putts with, because I didn't like the drop-rate/fade of my KC's for jump putting(I don't put a ton of heat on...

Rattler, Putt'r, Polecat, Birdie..... a.k.a "the lid thread"

Human interaction in order to purchase goods? How quaint! Maybe I'll give it a try - just to feel primitive again.

How many pros have minimalist setups?

I'm sure the information isn't accurate, but a lot of the guys on the Innova site list their bags like... Aviar/ Rocs/Teebirds/Firebird + 2 to 4 distance drivers. It isn't 3 molds but its pretty simple to me?

    Broken Disc....

I broke my first disc fall of last year. It was a green ESP Cyclone(one of the $$$ ones from the first batch they did when they ran them in ESP a few years back). I was really surprised because it was "premium" plastic and it wasn't particularly cold that day(low 60's?) and I didn't throw it...

    Hawk's NutSac

    Looks pretty vulnerable to wind.

    Are Revolution bags still relevant?

Revo bags are still hanging in there, I'd say I still see more revo's among tourney players than anything else. My friend has the Gateway backpack and I really like the way its set up. I rock the pumpkin orange crunch box w/quads, and I will until it breaks or I win something roomier. But then...
