I throw Preds.
great for shots that have to finish left (rhbh) and fight the wind. While I have other discs that can do this with a hyzer release, it is nice to have that dependability. I have found sharp turning skip shots are great with these "meathooks".
so, add my name to the list of people that read this thread and decided I needed to try one out. I got a 172 Z that has quite a bit of dome. I have not thrown it yet, but thanks to the postman, it's bent. Obviously, I can't wait to throw it, but what is the best way to unwarp it and get it back...
Background: I throw Teebirds about 320 or so. Love them. I've thrown different plastics, DX, Star and Champ, mostly in the high 160s. I have thrown them for a while now and am increasing distance and workability as my form improves.
The other day I was at PIAS and picked up a DX Gazelle from...
I used to putt with rhynos. I also started looking for something with more glide, but still had a shallower rim while keeping enough stability to handle wind. that is when I found the putter I am currently using and don't ever plan on changing back...
I use the Wizard.
I am very happy with it...
The raised part came off and the disc is totally smooth. Except that the small amount of scrubbing I did pulled all of the dye except a small amount of residual. My disc is now pretty much exactly like I started with.

Thanks. they were done by hand. I found the font I wanted on word, printed and cut them out. Took my time, they were a PITA to cut. I had a rough time transferring them, I dont have transfer tape, using blue painters tape for now and the vinyl sticks to the tape sometimes..
So, I decided to try something new. I really would like to be able to personalize my low grade stuff. I was dying a friend's pred and decided to use what I cut out as the mask. I attached the vinyl to the underside of a S Wizard as my test. I had some bleeds where the writing is raised...
