Disc Golf is less disruptive to the environment than any other sport you find in parks. Baseball, they have to clear trees to put a field in. The same goes for soccer. Ball golf, it requires many more trees to be cut than disc golf does. To oppose disc golf on environmental grounds is just silly.
What disc do you get the best distance from on your drives?
I ask because the discs I used to throw for distance, Inferno and Helios, seem to be out of production.
I put this list together. Please let me know if there is anything I should add.

Here is an article I wrote on par in disc golf. I have tried to be fair in presenting both sides of the argument over par. Please take a look and let me know if I have overlooked anything or if there is anything I should clarify or add.

I've only had one Groove, a 175 champion that I bought a couple of weeks ago. It is rated -2/+2 but it is very overstable for me, about like a 175 Predator.
Just my opinion...
In Missouri - Jefferson Barracks - St. Louis
In Kentucky - Madisonville
In Indiana - Mesker Park - Evansville
In Tennessee - Crockett Park
I have both. For me the CD is straight with slight turn and very little fade. The TD is straight with no turn and a little more fade at the end. The TD holds a line very well. It will hold an anhyzer almost all the way to the ground.
Here is an article I wrote about the TD -...
They just say there's no interest. I do a story on a girl signing a college letter of intent to play basketball and it draws 1,500 page views but a disc golf story draws 150 or so.

Please give me as many hits as you can :-). They are giving me some flack about writing on disc golf. We need to show there is interest in the sport.
They are pretty similar. But I guess that makes sense, just kind of verifies that we are both on the right track LOL. What do you think of my comparison of the TD to the Avenger?
Here is a review I wrote of the Discmania Turning Driver. Please let me know what you think and whether you agree with my conclusions.
