Thinkinng about the pro stamps, there were some SB teebirds with the 11x stamp. They were killer teebirds.

I know someone who has one, but I don't think I'm at liberty to say who this person is or where he got them...

Special Blend is just the precursor to Star isn't it? I mean, to me they always seemed like they were one and the same.

It is like a high quality star. Kind of like beef to bison meat. One is clearly better, but more expensive. :)

"Better" is very much preference though. Rare does not necessarily equal better.

Here's a listing that's interesting...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ULTRA-RARE-11x-KC-Pro-Firebird-FLAT-Disc-Golf-MINT_W0QQitemZ290418193423QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item439e45f40f

This seller lists this 11x KC Champion Firebird as a 11x KC Pro Firebird and calls it "ultra rare". Doesn't the picture he posted for the auction show the disc as a "champion" vs. a "Pro"? Also, I just recently bought a 11x KC Champion Firebird "true blueberry" color from an online collector for $29.95 plus shipping. This collector had three to offer. I should have bought them all, because after I bought the one, he listed another on ebay, which sold for $42.00, and listed his last one on his website for $49.95.
If I'm not mistaken, sandypoint has sold 2 11x KC Champion Firebirds within the last week, all below $46.00.
So besides the "pro" vs. "champion" questions I have about the sellers listing for the link above, the seller also states..."*Note these discs have gone for over $100 in the past that was a lighter weight than this one! Here is your chance to snag one at a great price*.
Anyone aware of 11x KC Champion Firebirds - blueberry selling for over $100.00? Just wondering if it might have been a similar situation to these 2010 AM World Champion Blueberry Katanas that sold last month for $127.00 and now sell for about $50.00.

It happened. I don't remember how much it went for exactly but it was more than $100.

Regardless, at least they didn't put blueberry in the subject. I'm going to be getting rid of any disc which slightly resembles blueberry very soon, and I'm going to put MAGICAL BLUEBERRY in the subject heading--------->I'm not kidding.

Watch for MAGICAL BLUEBERRY discs from Mr. Plow! They're Magically Delicious!

 do it! I'm goint to do a dye of a blueberry on a disc and sell it as true blueberry on ebay... watch out for that one as well!

Why not bring the blueberry fad into other manufacturers. Try dying some discraft to "blueberry" then put it up there as blueberry. I bet some of the comments you get on it would be priceless.

This is funny...wouldn't want to throw it in about 99% of all disc golf courses, though.

LMAO!!! And shipping is $17.50?!?!?

Everything is accurate is his listing, except there is another star 1/1. # 11361

Is this a true Japan Open disc?

http://cgi.ebay.com/INNOVA-CHAMPION-XCALIBER-JAPAN-ARCHER-175-GOLF-DISC_W0QQitemZ130376690663QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item1e5b0e6be7

The Samurai Archer stamp looks legit, but there is no accompanying Hanko stamp like the ones shown on the Japan Open release number page here:

http://www.japanopen.info/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=52&Itemid=175

As far as I can tell, there were no XCals that were Japan Open discs. He does not say it is a Japan Open disc, but that it was stamped this way by Hero Disc USA. Can anyone confirm his information?
