[Mids] What mids do you bag?

KC Pro Roc - (beat / understable)
XT Roc - (slight wear / straight)
Fuzion Verdict - (new / overstable)

Max weight - 178-180g / Flat Top

Z Drone - (headwind, anything needing a strong finish)
GStar Roc3 / Z Buzzz - These overlap a bit. I've gone back and forth so many times i finally just gave up and bagged them both. Generally speaking - I end up using the Roc3 if it is more straight to fade or flex shot and the Buzzz if I want it to hold a particular line (either hyzer, flat, anny) the entire flight.
Z Comet - turnovers, hyzerflips, etc.

ESP Meteor - turning disc - will hold an anhyzer
KC Pro Roc - Beat straight with glide
XT Roc - fading mid
BT Harp - OS mid and preferred approach disc

Not in bag:
DX Stingray - turns too soon and too hard
Obex - A good disc, but doesn't match my current strategy/bag
Lucid Suspect - Summer replacement for the Harp

From least to most stable

Z Comet
Z Buzzz SS
Moonshine Truth
ESP Buzzz
Z Buzzz OS

The truth and buzz overlap quite a bit so I may drop one and get an ever beefier mid (drone, gator etc..)

For quite some time now it's been a Discraft trifecta.

ESP Meteor
Z Buzzz (warmer weather) FLX Buzzz (colder weather)
Z Hornet

Last year I added A Star/Pro Atlas. Nothing flies straighter with as little fade.

Axiom Theory - line carving artistry
Beat dx Roc - one direction, straight
Frost Claymore - straight shallow s-curve
Glow Gator - you know!

I carry a lot of mids. mids are fun.

Star Kite - good long range anny or tunnel disc.
Star Mako3 - straight shots, but mostly short range tommys.
Glo DX Roc - dont throw, yet
DX, G*, Champ Roc3 - US to OS respectively
RGL Fuse - Anny forhand, straight skip-forward shots.
Opto Pain - Good Hyzer Disc, very smooth arc
400 M1 - Long range with strong finish.

Right now...

Icon Ghost
2x Gravity Ghost. 1 beat, one fresh
Glo Gator. I really use this more as an OS putter than a mid.
Always have a Comet in the bag. LE ESPs, Xs, and Zs. Just depends on what I want to throw.

Opto Core plus Z & FLX Drones. I liked the Wasp for a bit, but it can't fight winds like my Drone or Trident. If I need something less stable than a Core I throw an Aviar, Anode, or a Drone sidearm. I like the fuse, stratus, comet, and meteor, but I can't trust them at all with any wind. Fun discs to throw in a field, but I'll never trust them on the course. So it's nice having equal distance and consistency RHFH & BH :)

Where are play on that the wasp won't fight the wind?

Based on this thread, I now need more mid range discs.

I got an old ESP Comet in great shape, but I haven't used it all that much, I need to get more familiar with it and buy a new one.
IMB:
ESP Comet
Lucid Truth
2x Suspects-1 soft 1 blend

I end up throwing a Wizard for a lot of shots near mid range distance if it's around 150-200 feet, so the truth is really the only mid I throw a lot, but for a windy day or a tight hyzer shot, the suspects get the call. There are some holes I can see the Comet really coming in handy, I just haven't used it much yet.

Based on this thread, I now need more mid range discs.

That was one of the things I was trying to figure out, am I playing with too many mids? Apparently the answer is no, either just barely enough or not enough! Right now I'm only using a Core and a Shark3 but I feel like I need something more OS. I don't know if I'm going to get a good ole Roc or a Pain. Maybe even a Gator, but every mid I own is a 5 speed so it'd be nice to have a 4 speed mid (at least in my head it would be). I have a Mako3 that I use when I'm in the thick stuff and just need to chuck something as hard as I can in the general direction of the fairway (it's my heaviest disc at 180g).

Wasp and/or Roc - just don't want to settle on this role
Gauge - Pinnacle and Icon covering the slightly overstable to slightly understable role
Flying Squirrel - understable
PA2 - used as a slower Wasp/Roc
Pure - pure neutral
Zone - workhorse...there is no disc better when you want to drop it under the pin

Yeah, I probably need to swap my driver to mid ratio. I have about 8 drivers and 4 mids and about 4 putters usually but I just can't see any where that I'd need another mid ranger disc. The only time I've ever wanted another one is when throwing my Truth on an anhyzer shot and seeing it flip over instead of finishing on the anhyzer line, but I'm hoping the Comet, once I get to throwing it more, fills that void, if not, I'll add an understable mid to the bag soon.

I use QMS for understable shots, hyzer flips and long annys that fade out to flat. Roc3's for my stable/slightly OS shots and Q-sents and Brinster sentinels for my OS mid. They are beef and I love them flick/backhand/flex shots, a true utility mid.

Maces but considering switching to Truths. The rim is more like a verdicts which I really like and I think I'll be able to make up any difference in stability with angle of release.

Verdict.
Harp.

Warship and putters have been sharing the neutral mid work since I switched to trilogy. I used to throw a Mako or Mako3 in this spot but I need to pick up a trilogy neutral/finesse mid. Im currently looking at the frost claymore. Also in the running are the core and fugitive.

...Zone - workhorse, there is no disc better when you want to drop it under the pin

I feel the same way about the Jokeri. I probably have less power.

I have an ESP glow Zone that's stupid beefy. When the Jokeri loses it's pop, I'll give that Zone a try before buying another Jokeri.
