[Mids] What mids do you bag?

I feel the same way about the Jokeri. I probably have less power.

I have an ESP glow Zone that's stupid beefy. When the Jokeri loses it's pop, I'll give that Zone a try before buying another Jokeri.

I went on a hunt for a potential Zone replacement, and I couldn't find anything with the same/close enough stability. The Jokeri was the closest. I don't think you'll have any trouble adapting when the Jokeri loses too much beef. Hopefully it takes a while...

i wanted to elaborate on my first post: you'll find me with one fresh kc roc and one seasoned, then one x comet.

frankly i could easily get by with 1 fresh kc and one comet.

do yourself a favor and get a yellow kc roc and a low 170's elite x comet.

I carry 3 Roc3s. 1 fresh 1x that is the most OS finishing Roc I have, a 2x backup for the 1x that is honestly as beefy, and a worn in 1x for longer straighter shots. I have 1 KC Roc in the bag now that the R3s have taken over, but I couldn't play a whole round without a seasoned KC... This disc will hyzer flip, and then finish softly left, making it work for a LOT of lines. I also carry a firm Cryo Antidote for shots I need to go right and very powered down upshots depending on why I can't use a putter or Roc.

I use my Wizards as much as my Rocs for upshots and drives depending on the hole, but Wizards seem pretty darn far for a putter.

Bagging..
KC Pro Roc. I could play with this alone but what's the fun in that.
DX Gator for skip. Probably get a champ eventually.
Z Wasp for wind fighting flicks.

Trying..
a flat big Z Buzzz for anny's, flicks, and some wind fighting.
Dye Z Comet, but don't really like the feel.

Passing on..
Champ Mako3. Just doesn't do anything for me.

Forgot to say that I bag a Mako3 when I can, and it is perfect as a floppy Roc companion. So comfy I hand, and powers down like a putter!

Current mid line-up:

X Comet - US/annys/low ceiling laser beams
XT Roc(seasoned in) - Jack of all trades except wind
G* Roc(just starting to lose fade) - whenever its too windy for the XT
G* Roc(fresh) - when I need more fade but not Drone levels of OS
GLO FLX Z Drone - OS shots/middle finger to wind

Also bag a Zone for "get out of jail" shots.

All max weight.

2 CMD2's
2 Makos
1 Fuse

...and if i can beat a mako in or discmania finally releases a decent US mid the fuse will be gone.

Calm conditons- Roc3, Atlas, mako3, kite(still learning this one)
Windy days- gator, spider, panther...basically small diameter version of my calm bag with less glide

OS - Tensor & Z Wasp (haven't decided which I'm keeping yet)
Workhorse - Z Buzzz
US - Tournament Tursas

Claymore.
Truth.
Verdict.

Ive never been happier with my mids. I've loved the Verdict's rim since I started throwing them, and the other two have rims that are almost identical which made learning them really easy. I had the Truth dialed in better in two rounds than I ever had my Maces, Buzzzes or Roc3s. Also, that thing goes 380' dead straight on a hyzer flip. holy $!*@.

The Claymore and Truth both have really nice glide to them so you can get great control powered down and still have reach.

I know I already posted here, but things change.

S Warrior for stable- overstable (Though it's mostly overstable right now)

S Element for stable-understable.

Super beat DX Stingray for woobie purposes.

I kinda hate mids

I basically took all the mids out of my bag this year except the mako 3. Probably had my best year ever, just using MVP putters in pace of mids.

This isn't the best idea though, so I put a theory, vector, and alias in the rotation this fall.

Can't remember if I've posted in this thread, but my mid lineup is:

Gator (stupid overstable)
Roc3 (sweeping hyzers, straight to left)
Truth (anything from 255'-290' that the Roc3 isn't taking)
MD2 (anything from about 215-255, most upshots; basically a shorter Truth)
Theory (US goodness, doesn't get as much use because I can power up the Envy and cover a lot of lines, but this is still a great anny disc).

So 5 molds, albeit with some overlap (MD2/Truth basically long and short versions of each other). However, I know when I would use each disc, and I go to college at Clemson, so I play a lot of Upstate SC golf, and those are a bunch of more technical courses, so mid heavy is the way I roll.
