This is dead on. I golf with some folks that have been playing for more than a decade that can power down a driver to hit lines I could never would think about because I am proficient with throwing mids / putters.
I also think people need to forget about the subtle differences in reach back. Some of the guys have developed weird "glitches" in their throw. Some pull back in an anhyzer, some swoop low and pull through. Look at their position from the right pec on and you see that most of the pro golfers...
Flat footed during the run up. There are hardly any athletic positions where you weight is distributed on your feel. You are also rotating your hip before landing on your plant foot. This robs you of a lot of power.
Dramatic difference between Month 1 and 7. Good works so far. You look flat footed. It is really hard to get good hip rotation with your leading foot when your weight is still on your heel. Try and work on staying on the balls of your feet, knees bent so your in a more athletic position.
Match the disc angle to your shoulder angle. The disc should do what you want it to do. If you want to throw hyzer, your shoulder angle should show the same angle, when it doesn't you get OAT.
This is mostly a preference. Just stick with anything not completely over stable. Personally I prefer Leopards and Eagles.

The right pec drill teaches you where to start to accelerate. If you start to pull hard at the right pec, the timing is going to work out well accelerating into the hit. If you started to pull hard right when you get to the hit, then you would still be lacking power after it has left the hit...
