I'm from south mississippi and down around new orleans. It really does get hot down here, but i will still work and play dg in it. Seeing people throw up and pass out is not uncommon but we still keep dealing with it. Just slow your pace and drink water.
I was playing today at the local course and the wind blew some kinda stinging bug right in to my eye it stung me 3 times on the eye lash and beneth it. Needless to say i didnt finish the game. Beer, ibuprofen and zertec is what i took for it.
i Have one i got for christmas a few years back believe it or not it was the frist disc i ever threw on a disc golf coruse they still fly pretty far if thrown right
i wonder if the guy was scared of people why would you ingnore 10 people telling you where your disc is and not except any help "was he worryed his girlfirend would think less of him what a ben-da-ho"
i hear you on the scary brush a latimer lakes in horn lake mississippi the trees have thorns 2" long and their on most of the holes some of my friends have disk you can hold to the light and easy count 7 to 11 thorns embedded in them
you find the most green and yellow disk in the bushes the more thorns the better luck of finding one lol but as far as lakes go i went in one time to fech my own and found 6 other disk but not mine lol
that reminds me of the time i niced my self and the wind took my disk up and over to the right to hit the parking lot and wibble wobble 100' behind the tee "i was at latimer lakes i teed off at tee 1 my disc came to rest on the curb by tee 4 if you know the area thats way off"
