8-1/2" - 9" Hollow Cylinder

Anyone know of a cheap 8-1/2" - 9" Inner Diameter rigid cylinder (plastic, aluminum, or another semi light material) that could be used for carving/trimming up to fit into bag holder mounts on pull carts? I bought an old ball golf bag and have begun tinker with it but I would be happier with a more rigid structure to start with.

How about a giant Pez dispenser?

For that style of set up, I would use an old ball golf bag, with a hole cut in the side.
That way you get the pocket still

Ended up starting with this but I may end redoing it all, having issues coming up with a clean way to integrate dividers.

i'd use this and cut out the side as I have done with the ball golf bag then fringe the bottom and fold those pieces in to make a floor, coat it with paint and a clear layer then work out shelving. might go look at that option anyways.

That cardboard tube, sprayed/dipped with something like Plasti-Dip was what I was thinking.
