The knock on Water Works is that there are really no par 4 holes with hole 6 being borderline. It's a great example of a par 3 course even though I do have some issues with some holes. But it's not really a Championship course that truly tests Advanced and higher level players like many of the other courses with high ratings with par 4s and 5s. Again, it depends on what you feel is important in your ratings, and on some player's scales, I can see how it truly deserves a 4 or higher.
