Is this in?

nope..

Hole_Outs.jpg

Only the red and white discs have holed out if declared at rest before either possibly falls down and out of the basket. The orange disc wedged in the side (if declared at rest) has only holed out if the group saw it wedge from the inside going out or didn't see which direction the wedge came from. The yellow and other two orange discs have not holed out under the new 2011 rule even if they remain at rest.

Was going to post this.

There is a ton of air in the middle of that basket, where are the rest of the chains? Does seem like a challenge though.

If somehow you can balance it on the rim of the basket you should actually subtract a stroke from your round lol..

You have to call it before you throw. I'd totally let you do that in a casual round. Same with wedges, nub-hangers and DROTs.

Many of those baskets have no chains on one side. If you happen to land on the wrong side, even from 10' away you have a very small chance of making the putt, because the chains will actually block your putt from going in. They don't just hang in there loose, they're attached to the rim.

Challenging, it is. Frustrating, too. Fun course, though.
