Generic RPG battle menu of the Super NES/SEGA generation. Final Fantasy VI is the most famous one (FF III for most people). They'd have basic options like ATTACK/MAGIC/ITEM/RUN etc.

Ahhh, thanks. Yeah, after my time. I'm all early 80s coin-op and 2600, with only a dabbling in SNES, so I didn't recognize it.
