Top model takes up disc golf:

Had to check the date to make sure it's not April 1st. But she's a PDGA member and seems to working up through the divisions. I'm shocked (not) that people are willing to help her improve her game.

Who knows, maybe someday Chanel or Coach will sponsor the USWDGC. Might be less of a stretch than Nike at this point.

I don't mean to sound negative about Holly, but I find it a little hard to take someone serious who shows up to a tournament in a matching tennis skirt/dress, shoes, and bag.

Yup, if she doesn't look like a slob she's not a serious player. :|

One time I wore shoes that matched my golf bag (it was an accident) and came in last place. Only because no one took me seriously.

"It's so easy to just pick up the sport and become good and even become great which is something you really can't say for a lot of other sports."

Do you hear that, you losers?!?!!!

She's the same person that won this year's Take Your Disc to Work Day photo contest.

Ummmm I have seen her at a bunch of big events recently. I think she dominated intermediate women at Glass Blown and has jumped up to Adv women. I take her serious b/c she is playing serious events. (Standing Rocks, G&L Challenge).

Seriously? A LOT of male tournament players coordinate their outfits...

She placed 8th at the KCWO in the open division and 1st in the GBO as intermediate. Plus she has placed first in a few other tournaments as well. She is listed as an 822 rated player. This can be nothing but good for disc golf and especially in the womens division.. She is an amateur but I imagine that it won't be long that she turns pro.

I saw her at the G & L Challenge. She was wearing bright red lipstick (I assume it was Chanel, that's what the article said and I couldn't tell Chanel from Walmart brand lipstick) and a very nice tennis skirt and shirt. Good for her, it's pretty cool that her job allows her to travel to play disc golf tournaments. The more people from different walks of life that play the better.

Lol of course she found mentors quickly.

It's cool that she representing womens DG in a good way though. Kinda makes it look like we arent all hippies.

Disc golfer 1: WE NEED MORE WOMEN IN THE SPORT!
Disc golfer 2: but their clothes can not match or I will never respect them
Disc golfer 1: you know she is 3 strokes below you right now?

Y'mean like Catrina Allen at the KCWO? Yeah, I have trouble taking her seriously too.
